About Us

Our Goal

Core Reporting endeavours to provide you, our clients, with a professional financial drafting service for best practice by supplying sets of Annual Financial Statements or other financial reports.

At Core Reporting we strive to provide a drafting service for professional, best practice, fully IFRS or IFRS for SME’s compliant sets of Annual Financial Statements and other financial reports that are created for your company using a standard template and formatting. Assistance is also made available to include client specific editing as and when it is required.

About the Owner

Lisa Roodt

Lisa registered as a CA(SA) in 2007. She completed her audit article in a medium-sized audit firm, where she gained experience in companies of varying size and industries and stayed in the auditing profession for 10 years.

Core Reporting was established in 2012, around the time when the Companies Act requirement came in requiring the independent drafting of annual financial statements for companies within certain parameters. Core has been preparing and servicing their clients in excess 10 year and still endeavour to support their clients effectively and efficiently.

Assistance with preparing consolidated group financial statements.
